We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer / Quality Test Engineer to join our team in Illinois. As a key member of our team, you will develop deep technical competency in machine systems and work closely with a small team of Cooling Engineers and Machine Validation Engineers to review designs, develop test plans, prepare instrumentation, execute tests, analyze results, and communicate results/recommendations back to Product Design teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and take ownership of planning and delivering projects as capability is demonstrated. You will be responsible for overseeing test set up and execution, and collaborating with experienced Cooling Engineers to ensure the highest quality results. ✅ Develop deep technical competency in machine systems

📌 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
📌 5+ years of experience in validation engineering or quality testing
📌 Strong knowledge of machine systems and validation principles
📌 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
📌 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
