✅ Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to established protocols and standards of care
✅ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team
✅ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
✅ Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
📌 Current RN licensure in the state of Florida or willingness to obtain
📌 BLS and ACLS certification
📌 2+ years of ICU experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment
📌 Strong knowledge of critical care principles, including hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
📌 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
