We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer / Quality Test Engineer to join our team at Anil Kumar's Company, a leading technology firm. As a key member of our team, you will develop deep technical competency in machine systems and collaborate closely with our experienced Cooling Engineers and Machine Validation Engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing designs, developing test plans, preparing instrumentation, executing tests, analyzing results, and communicating results/recommendations back to Product Design teams. You will also have the opportunity to support the experienced Cooling Engineers by overseeing test set up and execution, and take ownership of planning and delivering projects as your capability is demonstrated.
✅ Review machine system designs in collaboration with Cooling Engineers and Machine Validation Engineers
✅ Develop test plans, prepare instrumentation, and execute tests to validate machine system performance
✅ Analyze test results and communicate findings and recommendations to Product Design teams
✅ Support experienced Cooling Engineers by overseeing test set up and execution
✅ Take ownership of planning and delivering projects to validate machine system performance
📌 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
📌 Minimum 2 years of experience in validation engineering or quality assurance
📌 Strong understanding of machine systems and validation principles
📌 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
📌 Strong communication and collaboration skills
